Options Mississauga is a federally incorporated charity that has operated a successful social enterprise in the Port Credit area of Mississauga since 1993.
Our Mission
Options Mississauga provides unique activities within our Employability Skills Training Program, including employment training and paid work experience, for individuals aged 18+ who have an intellectual or developmental disability, empowering them to build skills, confidence, and independence.

An inclusive and diverse community where everyone has access to meaningful and accessible paid employment.
Our Program
We offer four unique activities within our Employability Skills Training Program for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability, who are over the age of 18 and have finished high school.
Retail-Office Training Activity
We use the infrastructure of our retail printing and office services store to provide skills development related to retail employment, and provide a pool of potential candidates for internal employment in our organization.
Artists-in-Training Activity
We offer training by professional artists to individuals who are interested in developing a self-directed career as artists.
Chefs-in-Training Activity
We offer cooking and food handling training by a professional instructors to individuals who are interested in seeking employment in the food services industry. About 2/3 of intellectually disabled adults in Canada who are employed have found jobs in this sector.
Training Garden Activity
We offer training for those looking to learn about building and maintaining gardens; be they outdoor raised beds, indoor potted plants, or indoor micro green grow rooms.

We offer several different social enterprise opportunities to provide real world paid work experience.
Options Mississauga Print and Office Services
The retail store provides a full array of printing products. We also provide office services such as mailboxes, photocopying, faxing, laminating, shredding, Purolator shipping, and more.
