Christine - Executive DirectorChristine leads Options Mississauga with a people-first approach shaped by her lived experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. With more than 25 years in corporate leadership and non-profit project management, Christine blends business discipline with compassion and community focus. Since joining Options in 2022 and becoming Executive Director in 2024, she has focused on building an inclusive ecosystem that provides real-world training and employment experience through Options' social enterprises. Christine is committed to supporting participants who are ready to move into community employment while also creating meaningful internal employment opportunities for individuals who benefit from additional time, support, and accommodated work environments. In 2025, Christine was honoured with the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of her leadership and commitment to inclusive employment.

Anne - Store ManagerAnne has been the heart of the Options print shop for what feels like forever, guiding countless trainees, customers, and coworkers through years of change and growth. She is deeply respected for her calm, steady presence--even under pressure--and is both our customers' trusted expert for print projects and our participants' go-to for extra support. Long-time and new customers alike rely on Anne's care, skill, and dedication to our success, ensuring every job is done right.

Ira - Coordinator of Developmental ServicesIra is our Coordinator of Developmental Services and a key force behind the growth of our programs. She conducts thoughtful, structured intake meetings and coordinates training schedules for more than 30 participants and coworkers. her kindness, compassion, and wonderful sense of humour quickly made her a favourite among participants, while her dedication and care are deeply valued by families. Before joining Options, Ira worked in multidisciplinary clinical settings supporting neurodiverse children and youth.

With over 17 years of experience in administration, business ownership, and bookkeeping, Ashley brings a strong blend of financial expertise and community-minded leadership to Options Mississauga. She has a long history of volunteering with arts organizations and children's programs, reflecting her passion for community engagement. A resident of Mississauga, Ashley is enjoying her dual role as Financial Administrator and Community Connections Coordinator and engaging with the Options and Port Credit communities.
Dylan - Storefront AssociateDylan joined Options in 2012 and quickly became a dependable and skilled member of our storefront team. He serves customers with precision, efficiency, and a calm confidence that keeps the shop running smoothly. Dylan has mastered the art of digital print production and is someone we can always count on. A true music enthusiast, he brings great energy to the space--his playlists often setting the tone while he supports our customers.

Eden - Storefront Job Coach
Eden first joined Options as a high school co-op student and quickly became a natural leader in the print shop, guiding trainees with patience and enthusiasm as they served our customers. She brings creativity and heart to every program she supports. Having completed her design studies at Sheridan College, Eden continues to brighten Options with her artistry, kindness, and positive spirit as she supports and mentors both trainees and coworkers.
Adam - Social Media Content CreatorAdam first connected with Options as a volunteer, helping build the Horticulture Program’s first garden after hearing about it through the community. Recognizing his strengths in writing and social media, he stepped into a Content Creator role through the Canada Summer Jobs program, where he began shaping the organization’s online presence. Through both his own dedication and the supportive environment at Options, he has continued to grow in his role, and now contributes in a part time position helping share the Option’s impact with the wider community.
